| Many health plan providers are now offering a partial or full reimbursement of health club membership costs. In most programs, a member needs to meet a certain number of fitness requirements each month and the health plan partner will reimburse a pre-determined dollar amount. In doing so, they hope to motivate their members to make time for exercise and stay healthy! |

| If you are not eligible at this time, send them our pre-formatted letter to let them know you want to be reimbursed for staying healthy and fit! Simply download the form, complete it with your information, and drop it in the mailbox. This doesn't ensure your eligibility, but it will let them know you are interested. And, the bigger the voice the better the odds that this request will not go unheard! Enlist your friends and family to advocate too. |
